Rockville offers food scraps and pumpkin composting now
By Local Rockville news desk
Rockville residents can compost food scraps and undecorated pumpkins at four city drop-off locations.
The drop-off locations, which are accessible 24/7, include the Maintenance Facility, Potomac Woods Park, Twinbrook Community Recreation Center, and Rockville Senior Center.
Before composting, residents must remove inorganic materials and cut large pumpkins into smaller pieces.
