Rockville senior center offers November programs

The Rockville Senior Center is offering over 60 programs, courses, activities and services in November. Residents can register online with the course number or find more information on the Senior Center page or by calling 240-314-8800.
A Veterans Appreciation presentation will be held from 10-11 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 2, and is free to attend. Other events include Medicare Bingo, Vintage Voyages: A Senior Show and Tell, and Managing Money: A Caregiver’s Guide to Finances.
The Annual Turkey Trot will take place from 10-11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 19, and participants are asked to bring a nonperishable food item for the senior center food bank or make a donation to the program assistance fund.
